Entrance Fee in Myanmar

The entrance fees of attractive sites in Myanmar are considerable. Ticket price may differ according to your travel time. And plus I am not ticket seller !

Shwedagon Pagoda: It is a well known and holiest Pagoda in Town, entrance fee is only $5.
Sule Pagoda: Situated at the heart of yangon city and its entrance fee is $2.
National Museum: It is the main museum in Myanmar; entrance fee is $5.
Narcotic Museum: You can easily enter here by spending $3.
Botataung Pagoda: The Pagoda beside by the river – entrance fees is $3.
Gems Museum: A dedicated museum for preserving precious stones in yangon and charge $5.
Bogyoke Aung San Museum: The memorial of General Aung San, whom is the founder of modern Myanmar, $3 chargeable.
Karaweik palace: A floating barge of Kandawgyi Lake and situated at the eastern shore of the lake. It seems like a palace on water. The entrance fees of karaweik is 300ks in local currency.

Ye le pagoda: Situated on a small island – entrance fee is very little, only $1.
kyaik khauka pagoda: Another interesting pagoda in Thanlyin, $1(only with lift).
National Races Village: Well known for various race of Myanmar, you can spend at $3.

Bago is well known as an ancient administrator region in Burma. Entrance fee is $10.
Kanbawazathadi: The palace of Bago is now using as a museum with extra charge $5

Kawkan Cave: It is locally well known as dragon cave. Entrance fee is 3000Ks.
Kyaikhitiyo: A well known pagoda which situated on a large gold covered rock; seems it is sling on the hill tracts; Zone fee for this site is $6.

Bagan: A wide area with 1000 of ancient temple. Zone fee is $10.
Museum of Bagan: It is ancient archeological Museum. Entrance fee is $5.
Yoke Sone Monastery:  A famous place with various wood curving monasteries which indicated many kind of medication technique. Yoke sone monastety is well known as an archeological site. Entrance fee $3.
Amarapura, Inwa, Mandalay, Paleik: A city of Myanmar known as economical hub and cultural influence. To visiting whole the city your spending might be only $10.
Mingun, Sagaing: Mingun is an ancient town of sangaing region situated on the west bank of Ayeyarwady River well known for ancient wonderful pagoda. Entrance fee is only $3.
Monywa – Thanbodhe Temple: A beautiful pagoda located at the Monywa. Entrance fee is $3.
Powin Taung: Powin Taung is a Buddhist cave complex; located on the western bank of the Chindwin River. Entrance fee is only $2.
Shweba Taung: Shweba Taung is a cave complex temple with beautiful Buddha images. Entrance fee is $2.
Pyin Oo Lwin: A hill town in Burma situated in Mandalay district; familiar for growing flowers. A Botanical garden situated in this town, called National botanical garden. Entrance fee is $5.
Southern Shan State:
Pindaya: A limestone cave, famous for its thousands of Buddha images. Entrance fee is $3.
Inle: The second largest lake in Myanmar which is famous for traditional intha’s boats and floating villages. Entrance fee is $10.
Kakku: A most visited relic pagoda of shan state. Entrance fee is $3.
Rakhaine state cultural Museum located in Sittwe, displaying Rakhain peoples culture, dress, loom and musical instruments. Entrance fee is $2.
Mrauk U:  An ancient town of Rakhaine (Arkanese) kingdom. Most visited for its archeological and ancient value. Zone fee is $5.

Pyay Hmaw Zar: A burial site with various archeological importance and ancient temple. Entrance fee is $4.

Kachin Sate – Myitkyina (Museum): Usually known as kachin state museum. It is a dedicated museum for showing kachin people’s culture, their traditional home and utensils. Entrance fee is $5.
